EquiServe is currently looking for an Appointment Setter to serve as a dedicated, customer‑focused Contact Center Agent for the MyHealth Customer Care campaign. The role involves handling inbound calls from patients and clients, managing bookings, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls from patients, clients, and potential clients via the dedicated hotline.
- Enter call details into the CRM, ticketing system, and/or booking system.
- Manage inquiries, bookings/rescheduling, complaints, payments, and misdirected calls.
- Book or reschedule appointments based on available branch schedules, procedures, and services.
- Confirm appointments of patients through email and/or SMS.
- Make authorized calls to patients when necessary regarding booking schedules.
