Appointment Setter — Online Programs & Coaching | DM Specialist

We are a fast-growing coaching business looking for a sharp, driven appointment setter to own our DM pipeline and convert warm leads into booked discovery calls.

This is not a customer service role. This is a front-end sales position.

What You'll Do:

Manage incoming DMs and enquiries across Instagram (and other channels we direct you to).

Qualify leads to confirm they have the problem our program solves and are ready to explore solutions on a call.

Build rapport quickly through text and move prospects toward booking.

Handle early objections before they reach our closers.

Book qualified leads into discovery calls using our scheduling tool

Track all conversations and update our CRM daily.
