Job Overview:
We’re looking for motivated and persuasive Appointment Setters to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales or service teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a goal-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls or send messages to leads from provided lists
Introduce the company’s services and generate interest
Qualify leads based on basic criteria
Set appointments and update scheduling tools or CRM systems
Follow up on previous conversations to confirm bookings
Meet daily or weekly appointment targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales is a plus
Clear spoken English and confident phone presence
