Qualifications
- Graduate of an Engineering course or Real Estate Management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Licensed Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, but not required
- With work experience in property appraisal is a plus
- Willing to conduct field work and travel to various property locations
Job Description
- Conduct on-site inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Davao and nearby areas
- Gather and analyze relevant data such as property condition, location, and market trends
- Prepare accurate and detailed appraisal reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Determine property values using appropriate valuation methods and tools
- Verify legal documents, titles, and property ownership details
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding appraisal requirements
