- Receive document appeal from Sales Force/RBDO/BDO.
- Data entry appeal twisting document into company record data.
- Prepare appeal twisting document ready to review.
- Monitoring, controlling data appeal twisting.
- Communicate review result of appeal twisting to Sales Force/RBDO/BDO.
- Response inquiries regarding twisting appeal process from Agency Force.
