AQUATICS MANAGER

Summary About the position: This position is a RFT (full-time) Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the Ft Eustis Aquatics Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA - Ft Eustis location. Position is guaranteed 35 hours per week. This position may be subject to holidays, nights, weekends and on-call work. Responsibilities Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of the Aquatic Center, Anderson Field House Indoor Pool and the Summer Swim Program to include the Outdoor Pool. Implements higher-level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of aquatic and promotional programs. May at times be part of the ratio as a Lifeguard or act as head lifeguard, Plans and administers a wide range of fairly typical, conventional and well-established basic aquatic activities.
