Aquatics & Pool Operation Manager / Assistant Swim Coach

Position Purpose:

The Aquatics & Pool Operation Manager / Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for aiding the Head Coach in administering a competitive NCAA Division III intercollegiate swim program. This position focuses on the aquatic and pool operations duties including managing the programming for, and running the operations, of the pool. The Aquatics Manager position focuses primarily in the areas of pool management, lifeguard supervision, community engagement, risk management, recruitment of staff, along with fiscal program management. 

In addition to Aquatics Manager duties, the Assistant Swim Coach role will focus on program administration pertaining to travel, training, skill development, and also work in partnership with the head coach to enroll an academically and athletically talented and diverse team of students.
