Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Download bank statements from RBC, Wells Fargo, and Nat West – Daily (30+ bank accounts)
- Post and apply incoming payments (as assigned) to the customer accounts within GP – Daily
- Enter GL payments as required from Cash receipts
- Maintain internal filing system online
- Other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Intermediate in Excel
- Microsoft Great Plains knowledge a plus
- Strong overall computer skills
