AR Recovery Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management or related field from reputable university
• Min. 2 years' experience in Credit Analyst or AR Analyst roles, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery financing company.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with financial statements is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when necessary.

Job Description

• Monitor & evaluate customer-handling processes.
• Analyze credit and AR data to identify risks improvements.
• Conduct branch visits, project visits,and project assessments.
• Coordinate with teams to enhance service quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
