Arabic Teacher Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the Arabic Teacher role is to plan, teach and assess, guiding and encouraging students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. The teacher promotes high standards of literacy and articulacy, sets expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge pupils, and is accountable for ensuring children are inspired, motivated and equipped to make progress independently. The incumbent works closely with colleagues, supports the school, and demonstrates initiative, empathy and a positive character. The post holder is expected to have a positive impact on the school through subject leadership and extracurricular activities.
