Rural Hospital Medicine Trainee – Full time, commencing February 2027.
Based at Whakatāne Hospital in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, this role is part of the Division of Rural Hospital Medicine Training Programme (RMHT) and is accredited by the RNZCGP and RACP.

Position Overview
Whakatāne Hospital is a 110‑bed provincial facility serving a population of around 50,000. Trainees work within a small, skilled, and supportive clinical team and are fully supervised according to the program’s framework.
