Job Description

• Consult with clients to determine project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
• Prepare and present design proposals, layouts, and material specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all project phases.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and feasibility reports.
• Revise designs based on feedback, budget constraints, or site conditions.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
