Architect (Manager)

SUMMARY We are looking for an Architect Manager who will be responsible for optimizing space planning to achieve IT capacity inline with investment objectives. They will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. The candidate must fully understand the client's requirements, create detailed plans, ensure compliance with building codes, and manage projects from the initial concept to completion. The candidate must possess technical knowledge to produce safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.
