A leading and established Brisbane studio is seeking a motivated Architect (or experienced Graduate of Architecture) to join a unique project team in the Law & Order sector on a community institutional project. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute leadership and architectural knowhow in a practice that values both independence and collaboration.

You’ll be a solid Revit practitioner and people person, central to engaging a small team and delivering considered design excellence, with plenty of secure work in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on a landmark correctional facility, balancing thoughtful design intent with technical delivery

• Oversee a small team, mentor juniors and coordinate consultants across all stages

• Drive Revit documentation and ensure compliance in a high-security / high coordination environment
