We are seeking a Licensed Architect / Design Project Manager to lead the design and planning efforts for capital improvement projects supporting K-12 educational facilities. This individual will oversee the design process from early planning through construction documentation, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and regulatory standards.
Work Environment:
+ Based out of a central administrative office in Thornton, CO, with regular travel to project sites throughout the district
+ Hybrid schedule available after onboarding (approximately 2 remote days per week, depending on project and meeting requirements)
+ Fast-paced, project-driven environment supporting multiple concurrent capital improvement and renovation projects
+ Approximately 50–60% of time spent in meetings, site visits, and design collaboration sessions
