Job Description

• Develop and present design concepts for residential, commercial, or public buildings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Ensure designs meet safety, zoning, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee construction to ensure designs are being implemented as planned.
• Work with contractors and other professionals to address design issues during construction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
