Architect/Project Lead for Private Residential projects - ArchiCAD

This boutique studio is looking for an energetic and passionate Architect/Project Leader with honed experience in Private Residential projects. They have a tight-knit architectural and interior design team, and an inhouse construction team - you will be heavily involved in all stages of project design and delivery and collaborate with the build team. The studio has a well-refined modern design aesthetic and are also involved in bespoke furniture and fitting design. 

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with Directors/senior leadership on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors and maintain relationships with clients
• Progress design through DA/CDC stage and produce well detailed documentation packages to construction and site stage
• Resolve beautiful design details and ensure high-quality project delivery
