Job Description
Design and concept development:
Assist in preparing feasibility studies, develop design concepts based on briefs, and create presentation materials using software like Adobe Indesign.
Drawing and documentation:
Produce detailed architectural working drawings for submission, tender, and construction using software like Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD.
Authority submissions:
Prepare and submit plans for approval, liaising with relevant authorities and addressing their concerns.
Project coordination:
Coordinate with other consultants (e.g., M&E, C&S engineers, QS) and ensure design intent is followed and executed during construction.
Construction administration:
Assist with on-site construction supervision, resolve technical issues, and help with contract administration.
