Architectural Coordinator (BCA CONQUAS, BIM software / Autodesk Revit)

Our client is a leading construction company, specializing in marine engineering and land reclamation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee BIM modelers to create shop drawings.
• Manage schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify conflicts with other trades.
• Work closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to identify the Architectural construction details and M&E services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of building projects experience in Hospital/Medical Facilities.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment.

Salary: $4,800 to $5,800
