Architectural Coordinator - Job Scope

1. Project Coordination & Technical Support

• Assist the Project Manager and Architect in all architectural matters on site.

• Study architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details ensure correct interpretation by the site team.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

• Highlight discrepancies between architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.

2. Drawing & Documentation Management

• Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submissions, and method statements.

• Review subcontractors' drawings for compliance with design intent and project specifications.

• Ensure timely submission and approval of architectural documents.
