Architectural Coordinator

We are an established Main Contractor involved in private residential projects in Singapore. We are seeking a responsible and experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the coordination and supervision of architectural works from planning through completion and will have the opportunity to develop their technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works, drawings, materials and site activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings and architectural details.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Structural and M&E teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare and submit RFIs, monitor responses and follow up on outstanding issues.
