Architectural Drafter

Responsibilities :

• To prepare design, calculations and review of architecture design drawings according to clients specification and requirement.
• Plans and supervise architectural work progress at site
• Liaise closing with the subcontractors on the progress of work
• Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture
• Competent in Autocad/BIM/Tekla Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Able to lead a team with little supervision
