Architectural Manager

Job Responsibilities: Check and coordinate shop drawings produced by the drafting team and Subcontractors. Attend technical meetings with consultants and other relevant parties. Monitor and follow up on the approval of shop drawings from consultants. Liaise with subcontractors on technical issues to ensure timely approval of shop drawings. Monitor site progress in relation to the shop drawing schedule. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and to verify critical dimensions indicated in the drawings. Ensure that proposed details and materials comply with contract provisions and specifications. Resolve site problems on detailing. Track and control construction schedules to ensure project completion within allocated time and budget. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
