Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day‑to‑day architectural works (finishes, facades, partitions, ceilings, etc.)
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Check workmanship and materials used on‑site
- Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Conduct snagging and de‑snagging inspections
- Coordinate with:
- Architects and design consultants
- Structural and MEP teams
- Contractors and subcontractors
- Resolve site‑related design and execution issues
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
- Ensure latest revisions are implemented on‑site
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
- Track work progress against project schedule
- Report delays or issues affecting timelines
