Job Summary
:The Area Field Engineer (Switchyard) is responsible for the organization and direction of multi-discipline field engineering personnel and activities relating to construction engineering, subcontracts, and engineering liaison with the design functional group. You will oversee all work in this area which will consiste of Civil, Electrical, and Subcontract work scopes. # asdLI-KL1
Major Responsibilities:

Leadership/Supervision
Proactively engages with their teams’ development through CPM, competence development / assessment and feedback.

Supervises a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific engineering discipline or different disciplines within a specific area.

Directs construction engineering activities of the assigned construction engineering staff, ensuring compliance with procedures.

Approves staffing requisitions as delegated by the Site Manager....
