The project!
As an Area Manager for Pepe Jeans Iberia you will be in charge of achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region (Spain and Portugal), with responsibility for the full price stores and Outlets portfolio.
What will the role entail?
Corporate follow up:
Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores.
Supervise the VM guidelines within the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize the impact.
Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, the image of the staff...
