The Europe Financial Controlling Uplift Project at KONE is a strategic initiative designed to enhance the efficiency, quality, and scalability of financial controlling operations across Europe. The project brings together process improvements, harmonized ways of working, and specialized expertise to support business growth and evolving finance requirements. A key element of the initiative is the establishment of Centers of Excellence, which will drive best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across Europe Financial Controlling at KONE. We're now looking for a R2R CoE Team Lead to join our Europe Financial Controlling Uplift Project . This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly visible, Europe-wide transformation initiative and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions. This position can be located to any KONE office in advertised countries with Finance Operations.
