Job Description
ReportingtotheManager(Operations), this position requires a highly energetic individual to deal with the operations, marketing and distribution aspects of newspapers and magazines. You are required to manage a newspaper distribution sector (or area). Your main scope of work requires you to manage readers' expectations and services. In addition, you will have a set of newsagents and newsstand outlets under your care.
The challenge for you daily includes conducting field surveys for newspapers on subscription penetration, outlet sales, competitor activities, market information and intelligence (including traffic surveys), identity and source for newsales points. Within your assigned territory, you are required to stay abreast of new housing developments and assist the newsagents in managing their readers' database.
