Job Description
DSA Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed housing loan sales targets. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
