Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise sales team within the assigned area to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
• Visit hardware stores, contractors, builders and distributors to strengthen business relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong teamwork across departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• At least 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in construction, hardware or building materials.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Able to travel from multiples places.
