Support and manage operations across various sites.
Provides leadership and oversight of on‑site service teams to ensure performance meets key corporate KPIs, including turn times, expense control, and CSAT.
Ensures consistent, timely communication at all levels, including downward to on‑site teams, laterally with peers, and upward to leadership.
Conducts daily inspections of sites and monitors service team and vendor performance. Assesses problems, needs, and implements improvements in operations as appropriate.
Ensures Property maintenance operations are efficiently, and cost effectively administered and aligned with property budgets. Benchmark recurring maintenance costs and implement cost saving initiatives, where appropriate, to reduce overall site costs.
