Accomplishes employee job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results and upgrading of employees through career and succession planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Installation, repairing, certification and technical support of electronic products and systems to the highest technical and safety standards on the specified mine/s.
