Area Tenancy Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Area Tenancy Manager for a Local Authority Client in West London.

In this role you will manage a patch of council housing, focusing on income collection, tenancy management, lettings, and resolving everyday tenancy issues and low-level ASB.

Duties:

• Manage a patch of council housing, including day-to-day tenancy issues and lettings.
• Maximise rent collection and actively manage arrears through early intervention and enforcement.
• Investigate and address low-level anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Support safe, well-managed estates through resident engagement, safeguarding referrals, and partnership working.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage rent arrears and support income recovery.
