Job Description

Brunel is seeking an Analyst for Ariba Support for a 12‑month assignment for our valued client. We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Ariba Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day functional and administrative support for SAP Ariba. In this role, you will monitor and triage a shared support inbox, resolve user issues, and provide higher‑value Tier 1/Tier 2 support for sourcing and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) activities. You will work closely with Procurement, AP, Master Data, and other corporate groups to diagnose system versus process issues and ensure smooth operation of Ariba Sourcing and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

Support Intake & Triage

  • Monitor the shared support mailbox; categorize requests, incidents, and user questions.
  • Apply service standards for acknowledgment, prioritization, routing, and escalation.
