Arrival Host (m/f/d) – Sundays, part-time

What are you going to do:

You welcome arriving guests and guide them from the arrivals area to the designated pick-up points, ensuring a smooth handover to ground transportation. You coordinate signage, guest flows and liaise with transfer partners and drivers. This is a weekend-only side role. Shifts are 5–6 hours around midday, with occasional full-day shifts.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the exit of the customs/arrivals area and provide wayfinding support
• Escort guests to coach pick-ups or hand over to assigned small-vehicle drivers
• Coordinate changes with the on-site operations lead and transfer partners
• Set up and maintain clear airport signage
• Keep guest lists/current information up to date - communicate swiftly and courteously
