About the Company : Factor is a digital creative agency founded in sunny Oakland, California, with a client roster including Google, Brex, Coinbase, Waymo, Shopify, and more. Our shop was founded in 2013 by two creative directors who sought to build an agency run by creatives, with a singular focus on stunning creative work. From our humble beginnings — two creatives at a kitchen table — we’ve grown into a 150-person team that designs beautiful interactive experiences and marketing campaigns for a vast range of brands including Google Photos, Google Maps, and many more.
