LOCATED IN DELTA JUNCTION, ALASKA. The Alaska Regional Test Center (ARTC) supervisor is responsible for the overall section supervision, training, equipment inventory, operations, scheduling, and managing a team to support contractual requirements for TRAX. The supervisor ensures customer service excellence, follows and enforces all company policies and procedures, maintains a knowledge base, strives for continuous process improvement, meets established performance metrics, and reports requirements related to operations. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining section documentation supporting contractual requirements (SOPs, calibration, training, checklists, maintenance logs, licenses, etc.).
