Arts Center General Manager: Building & Community

The Young Ealing Foundation is seeking a General Manager to oversee the maintenance and improvement of its facilities and manage bookings at Paddington Arts. Successful candidates will have experience in building and line management, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the arts and youth sectors. The role requires dedication to community engagement and support for diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, 28 days of holiday, and contributory pension benefits.
