Key Accountabilities

• Operate the Data Center environments in compliance with standards, policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• The provision of overnight and weekend production batch/output processing and related problem resolution.
• Managing the backup systems, cycling tapes or other media.

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver services in compliance with SLA and meeting service targets.

Infrastructure Projects and Support

• Implement Infrastructure Projects and Support Existing Business Units (ie. HK, Group office).
• Support New Business Unit Buildup & other Group Initiatives (ie. Philippines and Vietnam).
• Support Control-M, AWS Cloud, Media Management and Life Asia system.
