Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer will lead client education and onboarding to ensure the highest level of product adoption. This role combines B2B sales experience with a passion for teaching, coaching, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for B2B clients on product features, best practices, and onboarding workflows
2. Design and deliver training programs that improve product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
3. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps and create targeted enablement materials
4. Develop playbooks, videos, and certification content for both clients and internal sales teams
5. Monitor and report on training effectiveness using adoption metrics, feedback, and time-to-value data
