Job Description
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Answer and manage inbound calls to customers reporting new losses or existing claims.
- Provide accurate information on policies, payments, billing, and claims status.
- Document caller information in claims and billing systems.
- Follow company procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
REQUISITOS
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; conversational proficiency in English.
- Minimum secondary education completed.
- Experience in call center, telecommunications, insurance or related customer service.
- Age 18 or older; must reside in Tijuana or surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
