Job Description

Alcozer Law Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Colombia team.

Key skills include high organization, responsibility, information management, fluency in English and Spanish, attention to detail, office skills with Google Workspace, discretion, professionalism, call logging, documentation management, and graphic design.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate communication between the Manager and team members.
  • Schedule, manage, and keep the Manager's work schedule up to date.
  • Coordinate successful meetings for the Manager and work team.
  • Maintain fluid communication with clients and report on the status of their cases as appropriate, taking into account their requests and questions.
  • Design and develop graphic pieces according to the needs that arise.
  • Communicate ideas and needs fluently and clearly.
