Asphalt Plant Manager

Seeking a well-experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to oversee and drive the efficient operation of our asphalt production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant performance, including production planning, maintenance scheduling, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal output, minimal downtime, and continuous improvement of plant processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of an asphalt plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
