What You’ll Do
Operate and control the screed on the asphalt paver
Set and maintain proper depth, width, and slope
Monitor mat quality and make adjustments as needed
Communicate constantly with the Paver Operator and crew
Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks
Uphold C.R. Jackson’s standards for quality and safety
