+ Assemble lighting fixtures using hand, air, and power tools following work instructions and specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to accurately complete assembly tasks.
+ Fit, wire, and connect components while ensuring proper functionality.
+ Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficiency.
+ Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
+ Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
+ Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility in small teams of 3–4 members.
