**Astronics Advanced Electrical Systems** is on the lookout for an **Assembler and Rework Specialist** to join our team based in **Redmond, WA. This position will work 2nd shift, the hours are Mon - Thurs, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.**
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Assembler and Rework Specialist will perform accurate rework, repairs and modification in order to support production/NPI hardware.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
This is a flex role with the ability to work across multiple cells. Assembler and Rework Specialist serves as a technical expert, providing support as needed in Production:
+ Performs more advanced assembly skillsets such as wire splicing and crimping, lead and lead-free
