**Job Description**

The Assembler sets up and operates tools, equipment, and production processes to build high-quality products while following established work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards. This role combines hands-on assembly work with accurate documentation, active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

+ **Shift** : 1st shift hours 5:45am-2:15pm & 2nd shift 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday to Friday, with OT available.
+ **Pay** : Based off skills $19.00-22.25 per hour starting, with an increase upon 600hrs worked.
