**Manufacturing Associate**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Assist in various stages of the production and assembly process
+ Use **hand and power tools** while working from blueprints
+ Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production
+ Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
+ Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products
+ Package and prepare finished products for shipment
+ Maintain a **clean, organized, and safe** work area
+ Clean and lubricate equipment as needed
+ Lift and move materials safely, following all safety guidelines
**What We’re Looking For**
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor
+ Comfortable using hand tools
+ Prior **industrial or manufacturing experience required**
