+ Able to set-up and operate all working cell equipment:

+ Wauseon forming

+ Hole punch

+ Benders

+ Crimpers

+ Ink jet printing
+ Must be capable of conducting and evaluating destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part.
