Working under supervision, this role involves preparing molds and forms, performing material lay-up and lamination, trimming and finishing parts to precise blueprint specifications, and assembling components using structural adhesives and mechanical fasteners. The technician supports both assembly and lamination operations, ensures consistent quality through careful inspection and documentation, and maintains a safe, organized, and fast-paced work environment while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and fabrication teams.
